I’m Jeff Minder, disabled veteran, former AFSOC SERE Instructor of the Year, award-winning entrepreneur and teacher, and founder of Top Tier K9® and Top Tier People.

 

After surviving serious injuries, TBI, PTSD, and the loss of my first service dog Obi, I learned a hard truth: a strong man needs a strong dog and an even stronger pack.

 

That realization led me to develop Adaptive Reliability™: The trademarked system that became the foundation of everything I teach. It took me from broken to building one of the most respected dog training systems in the world.  Now I’m teaching men how to become Top Tier in every area of life.
